Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using VerseTok, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VerseTok on your Apple device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

VerseTok offers weekly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings under your Apple ID.

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant permanent access to all current and future features of VerseTok.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Content

All Bible verses displayed in VerseTok are sourced from publicly available translations. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of scripture content. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Limitation of Liability

VerseTok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
